The owner, Claudia Augustson, is qualified as a CLIA Master Cruise Counselor and also as a destination specialist for most areas of the Caribbean (including the Sandals and Beaches Ultra-all-inclusive resorts) as well as Hawaii, Mexico, Tahiti, and Australia.

Claudia has also established herself as a destination wedding specialist.
